Warranty in Chicago, IL

These limited warranties apply only to parts shown on the printed invoice- there may be other components in a system that are not covered. Vehicles that have a warranty part failure caused by another repair needed, that warranty part will not be covered under warranty. This guide is also referred as the "Exclusions" listed on the INVOICE.

Air Conditioning Services, Cooling System Services, Struts-Shocks, Engine Tune-Up, Belts and Hoses, Brake Shoes and/or Disc Pads, Steering and Suspension Parts, Exhaust and Electrical Parts. 12 months or 12,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Alignment and Wheel Balancing. 3 months or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first. An alignment can easily be misaligned by hitting a pothole or curb.

Wheels: We take no responsibility for damage to aftermarket wheels.

Customer repair a flat tire at their own risk, we always recommend purchasing a new tire. Therefore, no warranty on tire repairs.

EXCLUSIONS

All warranty parts are covered under specified warranty stated above. Charges/Labor to install or uninstall any warranty part is customer's responsibility.

*All parts put in the vehicle, are new, unless otherwise disclosed. No warranty on any used parts. We reserve the right to void any warranty if negligence is shown. Tires have a separate warranty according to the tire's manufacturer.

Warranty on oil and filter change, transmission fluid exchange, coolant exchange, differential fluid exchange, power steering fluid exchange, engine decarbonization, wiper blades, bulbs, and air filter is 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first. This warranty does not and will not cover engine/transmission replacement, internal repairs, differentials, tires or battery. This warranty does not apply to commercial vehicles. Commercial vehicle warranty related repairs: 60 days or 3,000 miles, whichever occurs first.

Diagnostic Fee credit may only be applied to the related repair with in 5 business days from completed diagnostic date.

Vehicles that are not picked up in 24-hours after the work/diagnostics is complete, there is a STORAGE FEE of $50 per day.
